Refunds and Returns
While we strive to provide an excellent experience and product, we get it, sometimes it just isn’t for you. What we do want to do is make sure you are satisfied with the outcome here, so please if you have a concern, your first step is to tell us what is going on. Please shoot us an email at tremblayhandcrafted@gmail.com within seven days of receiving your product. Acceptable returns must be new, unopened upon return to be considered for a full refund.
If your concern is with a candle let’s take another look at candle care tips. Please make sure that if the candle is damaged, you followed all of these tips.
Candle Care Tips
1. When you first light your candle, burn at least 2 hours for a nice even heat pool. Failure to do may result in tunneling and will affect the life of your candle. After that burn no longer than 4 hours.
2. Burn on a heat-resistant surface and allow it cool before touching the candle vessel.
3. NEVER leave a lighted candle unattended.
4. Next, be sure to regularly trim your wick to 1/4” each time you burn the candle because soy candles use a thicker wick. If you don't trim your wick you risk burning the edges of the vessel or having too high of a flame.
5. Lastly, don’t leave your candle in direct sunlight as that will affect the surface.
6. Lastly, those who have/had COVID may have an affected sense of smell and you may have a reduced sense of the scent of the candle.
Refunds
Refunds are certainly fine with us as long as it is within 7 days of receiving the product from Tremblay Handcrafted, has been damaged in shipping or we shipped an incorrect item. Within the 7 days please email us at tremblayhandcrafted@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the item in question. Next ship the item back to us. Once your return is received here, we will reach out to you to let you know when to expect your refund. If the return is based on our error, you will receive a refund for shipping as well. If it is just a return, you are responsible for shipping. After 7 days, we are sorry and can’t accept a return or issue a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome if the product is defective or damaged due to our manufacturing of the product. If the exchange is based on your candle care, please reach out to us for a more tailored solution.
